If June had a theme, it would be: sun, spirit, and sponge balls.
The month started off with a dream come true—my first-ever performance in Hawaii.
It was also my first time back in Waikiki since the early 2000s, before the International Marketplace got a luxury glow-up. I had the honor of performing at the Waikiki Magical Parlour, sharing my magic in a place where the breeze is warm, the mountains are majestic, and the loco moco nearly made me pull one out of my hat.
But what really made the experience unforgettable were the people.
From the moment I arrived, the locals welcomed me with the true aloha spirit—kindness, generosity, and a sense of ohana that I’ll carry with me forever.
I also had the privilege of giving a lecture for the local magicians, and let me tell you: Hawaii is packed with talent. These magicians aren’t just skilled—they’re creative, generous, and full of heart. I’m proud to now call many of them friends. Mahalo to all of you who came out—you inspired me more than you know.
Next stop: back to the mainland and straight into Vacation Bible School at Victor Valley Christian Church with Pastor Ashley. It was my second time serving at VBS, and just like before, it filled my heart. Four days of storytelling, worship, laughter—and yes, a few gallons of water poured on me by the kids (they earned it).
To my church family, thank you. You continue to inspire me by loving and serving others so fully. This was more than just magic—it was ministry.
And June didn’t slow down. I wrapped the month with Dick Van Dyke’s Vandy Camp in Malibu, sharing magic, joy, and sponge balls with clowns, kids, and legends. Then I made my way to George’s epic bachelor party in Indio—a celebration so fun, even my cards needed a nap after.

To my love, the woman who handles almost all the behind-the-scenes magic—thank you. For the support, the late nights, the planning, the patience, and the heart you put into everything. I couldn’t do this without you. I love you.
Thanks for making June unforgettable. Whether I’m in a chapel, a castle, or a camp full of clowns, I’m reminded every month why I do this: to inspire, to connect, and to share a little magic with the world.
With aloha and sleight of hand,
Jonathan Molo
